Our Asian Greens are huge! Here is a full grown Vitamina plant – similar to tatsoi or Bok Choy.
The HDFI is a breeding ground for knowledge. A group of students came out to HDFI to learn about pH, nutrients, hydroponics, compost and pollination. It’s always exciting to see people interested in what’s going on around the farm.
